Barrel Tree Fundraiser

All purchased barrels must be picked up locally when the barrel trees are dismantled. The date and time for each location is listed on the details page of each location.

Please do not proceed with a transaction if you, or your representative, are not able to pick up your barrel(s) at the location, date, and times noted in the listing.

You can enter an alternate pickup person when you purchase the barrel. Additionally, Jack Daniel’s will send out an email with pickup details once the sale is closed, and you can coordinate a pickup person at that time.

You will receive an empty, unfinished oak barrel with the follolwing approximate measurements:

• Width at top: 22″
• Width at Belly: 26-28″ (varies)
• Height: 36″

No Alcohol is included with your donation.

• You must be 21 years of age or older to participate in this fundraiser and/or take possession of a whiskey barrel on pick-up day.
• You must be a resident of/reside in the United States or Canada.
• You must be able to pick up your barrel purchase from it’s stated location during the time window noted in the listing.

If any of these qualifications are not met, your sale will be cancelled.

Please note buyer is responsible for any duties, import fees, and/or customs paperwork that may be required to transport their purchase through ports of entry.

Your donation is partially tax-deductible. As you are receiving an item in exchange for your donation, the tax-deductible portion will be less $75, which is the material value of the good.
